What Are We Doing?
On Saturday, April 25, from 4pm-7pm, we are hosting a Candidate Q&A at Henderson County High School in the auditorium.
Why Are We Doing It?
Over the last few months, we've had lots of conversations with neighbors who said they wish they had more opportunities to learn about the people running for local office, and the roles those offices actually play in our community.
So, we listened.
This event is simply an opportunity to learn about different offices, better understand how local government works, and hear directly from the candidates who are running for those offices, The goal here is education and access. We just want to help people feel more informed when they go to vote.
